Keep play within your limits

Treat gambling as paid entertainment. Before playing, decide how much money and time you can afford to spend. Pause regularly, keep track of your session and avoid raising your stakes to recover losses. Only stake money when you understand the game rules. Avoid play when alcohol, drugs or medication affect you.

Monthly account controls

After logging in, open Player Profile, then Settings and Game Limits. You can set monthly ceilings for total stakes and losses. Each calculation covers the period from your first login of the month to your current login, separately for internet gaming-room games and internet-casino games. Loss is calculated by subtracting winnings from all stakes, including losing bets.

New limits normally become active within 24 hours, unless another provision applies. You may submit one change per calendar month. A request to relax a limit takes effect on the seventh calendar day after submission. Once an active loss ceiling is reached, play in the affected games stops.

Exclusion from play

We check the Slovak Register of Excluded Persons during account activation and whenever you log in. A listed player cannot take part in our internet games. If an account is activated while its holder is listed, the account is blocked and the restriction is explained inside the account. You may also apply for exclusion from gambling.
